This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and reflects the allocation of risk between the parties as part of this Agreement.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ccc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.
